Rosy & Alfredo - 5/31/09

Before the week gets crazy, we wanted to thank Rosy & Alfredo for allowing us to be a part of their special day. We had a great time and really enjoyed it.

Rosy & Alfredo got married at the Miccosukee Golf & Country Club. The ceremony was held outside by the gazebo and the reception was held inside the ballroom. Their colors were a magnificent combination of hot pink and orange with touches of green. It was an intimate wedding with lots of love and joy filling the air. There were laughter and tears, all in all a great wedding! Here's a picture of the reception to give you an idea. It's not the best picture but there will be more to come.

Making her one of the most-sought after photographers in South Florida.

Tracey Ahrendt was awarded "Photographer of the Year" according to Professional Photographer Guild of Florida (PPGF). And just this week she won won 1st place in album story book print competition.

Hi Everyone!
As promised, here are some pictures of Maria & Mike. They got married on the beach in Ft. Lauderdale at the Sheraton Yankee Hotel on a lovely Saturday morning. The wedding was a beautiful, intimate subtle, tropical theme wedding. The bride was gorgeous, of course!

Busy, Busy, Busy

Hi all!

I'm sorry I've been such a bad blogger but time has gotten the best of us. We've been busy bees these past few months. With Terry's wedding and others, there hasn't been enough time in the day.

Terry's Wedding update:

Terry's Wedding was fabulous. Everything went smoothly and the guests enjoyed it all very much. We will be getting pictures soon of the decor but in the meantime, here's a picture of the lovely couple.

The colors were Black & White with lime green accents. Terry's bouquet was made of entirely green orchids and the groom had a green orchid boutonniere. The food was delicious and the music kept everyone dancing all night long. More pictures to come soon.

Other Wedding updates:

Besides Terry's Wedding, we had the honor to be part of Maria & Mike's Wedding. Maria & Mike, thank you for letting Lola Events be part of such a beautiful & special day. You guys looked amazing! You're a great couple and we wish you the best for years to come.

Terry's Bridal Shower

We wanted to share some of Terry's Bridal Shower pictures. It was a great girly theme of black & white and hot pink. Everyone had a great time and the best part: Terry had nothing to do with the planning. It was all done by her sister, Luly, (co-owner of Lola Events and owner of ArtSoLuly) and her bridesmaids.

Hi Everyone,

I finally have some time to sit down and and update you on last weekend's wedding (July 12th, 2008): Vero and Luis. Everything turned out great! Congratulations to you both and thank you for having Lola Events as part of your big day. We enjoyed being part of it. It was also great working with Tracy Ahrendt and DJ Ubi. Sorry for the lack of posts but we have been extremely busy with all the summer events and as many of you know Terry's Wedding. For those of you that don't know us, Terry is our Senior Event Planner and President at Lola Events, Inc and she is getting married on 9/13/08. After having the honor of planning and coordinating so many other beautiful weddings, she gets to plan her own. Definitely keep an eye out for her wedding pictures.
